Cheesy Toast

Mmmmm Good! I have started giving Charis cheesy toast in the last few days and she is in love with it! It is a very complicated recipe of sprinkling cheese on bread and then placing it in the oven on broil. Complicated I know! She eats all of it minus the crust of course! I have never been a big crust fan so I decide that she is not either. I know I know that is where all the good stuff is but blah! It is so much fun to see what she likes and does not like. She is definitely her own little person, therefore, when she is older if she wants to eat the crust of the bread she is allowed to. I will just make sure that she knows how gross it is first.

  1. You crack me up. Do you have any idea how much flack I take because I’ve convinced my kids that tomatoes are disgusting? :) :) (And some still believe it??) I totally agree with your methods. Ha. I hope you are having a cheesy good day!

  2. LOL! You’re so funny! I love the crust! It’s the best part. However, tomotoes are a totally different story. They are just nasty! Make sure Charis knows that those are some fruity veggie type deal that she wants to stay far far away from.

  3. Now people tomatoes are so DELICIOUS!!!! Charis will LOVE tomatoes I am just sure of it…if she does not like them she will only have to eat them until she is 21. :) I just feel that she will LOVE ketchup as well even though her DaDa does not care for it.
