Buuh
Charis and I were getting ready to go for a walk around the neighborhood so I had her all strapped in her stroller and I was just gathering a few things. She kept saying buuh buuh. I figured that she was just babbling so I did not pay much attention. As the buuh buuh persisted I glanced over at her to she what she was looking at. She was saying bird! I am convinced of it! There were about three birdies in the yard enjoying some worms and she was pointing them out to me. She has a fascination with the birdies so I have been pointing them out to her for a few weeks and saying bird. I guess that she caught on. It is so exciting to see her learning new things and sharing them with me.
How proud you must be! A new more difficult word! It’s funny that people think that babies are too young to understand all these things, but Charis is an obvious example of they are never too young to understand.
