Hair Bow Holder
We have started gathering quite the collection of hair bows as Charis’s locks grow longer and longer so I decided that we needed a little organization. I found several holders online at various sites everything from painted holders with names to wood circles with faces painted on them with long braids to clip the bows onto. Everything that I found was really cute but also really pricey! I decided to tackle this one on my own! With a little thought and trial and error I think that I am quite happy with the final outcome. Plus it was super cheap!!! Hip hip hooray!
That is super cute!!! How’d you do it?

I can’t wait for Cassie to wear bows…then I’ll make a holder too (after you tell me how!)!
Cassie’s still balding on the back of her head…I try to keep her upright as much as possible to encourage new growth but so far, no progress! She’ll be 6 months next week! YIKES!
love ya!

Hey Everyone! The hair bow holder is really easy to make as promised! You just buy an art canvas that is already stretched and stapled to wood at the local craft store (they are often on sale if you watch the ads). Choose your favorite fabric of the moment (you can embroider it if you like) then just pull the fabric tight over the canvas and frame (making sure that it is centered and straight) just like you were upholstering a seat and staple it to the back of the frame. Corners can be tricky but just treat them like you are wrapping a gift! Attach the ribbons with the staple gun as well spacing them evenly and there you have it!
